In some cases, what may simply be a case of something “slipping your mind” can result in a raft of consequences and an unhappy client.
AFTA has compiled a comprehensive checklist for Travel Consultants which will assist in ensuring that all of your clients receive the very best in service and help to ensure that no step in the booking process is missed.
It also contains a space for the client’s signature, acknowledging that the various items have been discussed and agreed upon – thus alleviating any problems later relating to communication of information about the booking.
