Who has access to AFTA webMAIL?
If you are a Licensed Travel Agent or employee of a Licensed Travel Agent, you can access AFTA webMAIL free of charge. If you are a Travel Industry supplier and want to know more about using this system to communicate with Australian Travel Agents, please CLICK HERE to request more information.

What information is included in the email alerts?
The email you will receive each morning will have any sales related information (eg. Flyers, Promotions, Airfare Tariffs, Newsletters) published by your valued suppliers. Details shown on the email alerts will be the Supplier's name and a headline outlining their issue. You can then click on the link from the issue, login to AFTA webMAIL, and read the details of that issue, plus any others issued that day.

How much does it cost to register?
All licensed Australian Travel Agents can register with AFTA webMAIL free of charge. Travel Industry Suppliers wishing to promote their product through AFTA webMAIL can choose from a range of very competitive pricing options to suit the needs of both frequent and occasional users. How do I join?
It's easy. Please CLICK HERE and complete your contact details. You will receive your login details to access AFTA webMAIL and also receive your first AFTA webMAIL alert the following morning.

When do I start receiving email alerts?
After you have completed the steps and been issued your password, you will be receiving your first email alert as early as the following morning when you arrive at your desk.
