Consumer Complaint Mediation

Although not a regulatory body, AFTA can and does act as a mediator in disputes between consumers and AFTA Member agencies.

In many cases having the assistance of an independent mediator which is able to objectively assess both sides of a dispute will allow a speedy resolution.

Many consumer issues and complaints arise from lack of information and in a lot of situations AFTA is able to provide the necessary information which clarifies the situation.
