Mental Health Support

These are tough times. If you are feeling sad, overwhelmed or simply need someone to talk to, help is available to you through a range of support networks. These are listed below.

Please know you’re not alone.

A lot of people in these circumstances either don’t recognise that they’re in a personal crisis or think that they are being selfish by taking advantage of these services because their need are not as big as someone else’s. This is not true.

No one needs to face their problems alone. Please reach out to one of the support networks below, they are there to help you.

Flourishing in the Festive Season

Hard to believe it’s December and we’ve made it through another year of lockdowns and the Covid pandemic. Now it is time to celebrate Christmas and the New Year with those near and dear. For some, this is a lovely time of year of connection with those you might have had limited time with during 2021. For others, there are stresses involved.

Partners in Wellbeing Helpline

As part of the Victorian Government’s $26 million Wellbeing and Mental Health Support program for small businesses, the Partners in Wellbeing Helpline offers free and confidential one-on-one access to wellbeing coaches, financial counsellors and business advisors.

Victorian members can access mental health support, financial counselling and business advice through the Partners in Wellbeing program by calling their dedicated Consultant, Elise Barassi directly on 0409485169 or
