Submissions will be reviewed by the Independent Reviewer who will include a compiled list of submissions.

AFTA is pleased to announce that Mr Graham McDonald has been appointed as the Independent Reviewer. Graham has extensive experience as a solicitor and barrister and was previously the Independent Chair of the ATAS Complaint Appeal Committee (ACAC) bringing with him first hand experience of the operation of ATAS and an understanding of the travel industry. Graham has also held numerous roles including the inaugural Australian Banking Ombudsman, Chair of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal and Chair of the Financial Planners Conduct Review Commission.
